IT Production Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Production Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the migration of Managed File Transfer processes from a Messageway system to an IBM Sterling system
• Coordinate and execute scheduled process migrations with clients and colleagues while updating centralized tracking tools
• Resolve technical issues and support clients by responding to inquiries related to migration processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM and/or other Managed File Transfer systems
• Experience with Linux Servers and SFTP Server preferred
• Experience in Unix scripting and maintaining scheduled services preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
