IT Production Control Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Control Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize ServiceNow ticket queue for MFT job design and deployment in Control-M
• Collaborate with business teams to conduct end-to-end testing of automation workflows
• Enforce security and compliance standards for all MFT applications within the internal network

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline
• 0-2 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure services
• Experience with Control-M and Globalscape
• Understanding of encryption technologies
• Preferred experience in healthcare systems with knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
