IT Production Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support IT Computer Operator/Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health of critical production systems and applications
• Analyze and resolve complex job failures in job scheduling and ETL workflows
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and contribute to operational best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in IT production support or related roles
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment, including nights and weekends
• Experience with pre-adjudication claims processing or complex healthcare IT systems
• Hands-on experience with Tidal job scheduler and troubleshooting
• In-depth knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica and their operational monitoring
