Job Summary

Providing operational and technical support to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization, the full-time IT Production Support Specialist II will manage access to health insurance payer web portals, ensuring secure and compliant operations while supporting standardized workflows and performance metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and govern access to health insurance payer web portals for various functions including enrollment and claims
• Ensure secure and compliant portal access while supporting organizational operations through standardized workflows
• Utilize ticket systems and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency within the RCM organization

Required qualifications

• Experience in operational or technical support within a healthcare or revenue cycle management environment
• Familiarity with health insurance payer web portals and related functionalities
• Strong understanding of compliance and security protocols in healthcare operations
