Job Summary
Supporting the successful execution of complex projects, the remote IT Program Delivery Specialist will coordinate schedules, manage project activities, and ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and task assignments while maintaining project plans and status reporting documentation
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and delays
- Support project managers with planning, execution, and follow-up activities, leading project administrative functions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong experience with project scheduling and delivery management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint Online
- Ability to obtain a CMS T4 Public Trust clearance
