IT Program Delivery Specialist
Job Summary
To support the successful execution of complex projects, the remote IT Program Delivery Specialist will coordinate schedules, manage project activities, and ensure alignment among cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, milestones, and task assignments
- Track deliverables across multiple workstreams and proactively identify risks, issues, and delays
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, and/or project management
- Strong experience with project scheduling and delivery management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint Online
