IT Program Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, IT Program/Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the IT PMO strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives
• Develop and implement PMO policies, standards, methodologies, and tools for project execution
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT programs and cross-functional teams
• PMP or similar certification preferred
