IT Program Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, IT Program and Incident Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and leads the IT Program Management Office, including a team of program, project, and resource managers
• Sets the strategy and vision for the IT PMO, partnering with IT leadership and stakeholders for effective delivery
• Coordinates incident response across the IT team and develops runbooks for clear accountability within IT support structure

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates degree with equivalent relevant professional experience
• 8+ years of project management experience within an enterprise environment, preferably in IT or technical projects
• Experience in workflow and process design/optimization
• Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and hybrid approaches
• Prior experience in the implementation of project management best practices, such as Kanban or Scrum
