IT Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (IT) III to shape and mature its domain-oriented data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with domain owners and product teams to define data requirements and translate them into domain data models
• Establish and document data creation processes and manage domain data assets in the data catalog
• Define and enforce data governance standards and create reusable templates for common data use cases

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or data management
• Experience with modern data platforms and lake/lakehouse architectures
• Familiarity with streaming technologies and event-driven data models
• Strong understanding of metadata management, data catalogs, and lineage
• Solid grasp of governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks (GDPR/CCPA)
