Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Program Manager for the Care Sites Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technology projects across multiple Lines of Business, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to project management standards
• Coordinate resources, manage project budgets, and publish project status reports
• Interact with senior leadership to deliver projects, coach team members, and facilitate program governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience managing complex IT programs or portfolios
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Familiarity with IT governance, architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks
