IT Program Manager

Job Summary

IT Program Manager, who will work fully remote on a one-year assignment leading a strategic ERP financial transformation initiative focused on modernizing core finance systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap development, program governance, and delivery execution for ERP initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with finance operating models and regulatory requirements
• Manage program risks, status reporting, and executive-level updates throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, finance, or a related field
• PMP certification or similar project/program management certification
• Pharma industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of delivering ERP and financial transformation programs
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
