Job Summary

IT Program Manager provides full-time leadership for enterprise IT services delivery, overseeing program execution and Agile practices in a hybrid remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex IT services programs, managing schedules and deliverables
• Oversee Agile delivery processes and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams for efficient service delivery
• Ensure compliance with federal IT standards and oversee quality assurance processes for deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale IT programs or projects in a federal or regulated environment
• Proven ability to lead Agile software development and IT operations teams
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across development, operations, and cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of IT governance, performance management, and risk management practices
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
