IT Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing IT operations function, the full-time remote IT Program Manager will manage the end-to-end IT vendor management program, overseeing vendor portfolio governance, renewal lifecycle, and procurement program execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the canonical inventory of technology vendors, maintaining vendor records and managing renewal calendars
• Run RFP/RFQ/RFI processes for new technology purchases and coordinate with Procurement and Legal on contract negotiations
• Build and maintain technology spend dashboards, tracking budget versus actual spend and producing financial analyses for leadership

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT procurement, technology sourcing, project/program management, or vendor management
• Strong financial analysis skills with experience in spend reporting, budget-variance analysis, and TCO modeling
• Hands-on experience with software, SaaS, and IT services contracts, including renewals and contract administration
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to learn procurement and vendor-management tools quickly
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
