IT Program Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing and managing multiple IT projects and programs remotely, the full-time IT Program Manager will lead project execution, ensure timely delivery within budget, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while providing guidance to project team members.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope and budget
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendor partners for smooth deployment and integration of project releases
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve program objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in IT project and program management
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and tracking preferred
