IT Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing a suite of IT projects, the full-time IT Program Manager will lead end-to-end project management, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee vendor relationships in a remote position working CST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management for DOC IT projects, defining scope, goals, and timelines while managing risks and resources
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are managed
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with contract terms and project timelines

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large, complex IT projects in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies in software development initiatives
• Strong understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and enterprise technology environments
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
