Leading strategic initiatives and AI projects, the full-time IT Program Manager - Clinical Applications will manage complex workflows, translate business requirements into optimized solutions, and drive the adoption of innovative healthcare technologies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with IT leadership and business units to define business cases and requirements for technology-related solutions
• Coordinates project activities, providing technical direction to ensure compliance with design and quality standards
• Mentors IT team members in workflow and functionality, enhancing existing systems and processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
• Typically requires 7 years of progressively responsible experience in information systems with technical or project management exposure
• Epic EHR certification with hands-on experience in core applications
• Strong understanding of software architecture and healthcare standards
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept through execution
