Job Summary
Managing the JHHS/JHU enterprise Change Control process, the full-time IT Project Administrator will oversee change management operations, ensure effective communication of IT changes, and serve as a liaison between technical teams and operational stakeholders in a 100% remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the enterprise Change Control process within ServiceNow, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Produce and distribute daily communications regarding impactful changes to relevant audiences
- Conduct daily validation of change status updates and manage change lifecycle exceptions
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in an IT-related field
- Four to six years of related experience, with additional education potentially substituting for experience
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT change management and governance
- Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to coordinate across multiple technical and non-technical teams
