IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Coordinator (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support a team of project managers and ensure project deadlines are met
• Organize and attend stakeholder meetings, taking minutes and documenting project actions
• Coordinate project resources and maintain up-to-date project notes and status

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT project coordination experience
• Experience supporting multiple project managers and managing priorities across projects
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office tools and project management software
• Fluency in Portuguese, both spoken and written
• Experience in distributed deployment projects across multiple sites and time zones
