Job Summary
To support the enterprise-wide implementation of ClickUp, the contracted IT Project Coordinator will manage project activities, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and assist with system configuration efforts, working on-site or in a hybrid/remote capacity for a duration of three months.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation activities across business and technical teams, maintaining project schedules and tracking progress
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and facilitate feedback sessions
- Assist with ClickUp workspace structure planning, testing, and user training to drive adoption and ensure consistency across teams
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or implementation support
- Experience with software or technology implementation projects
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Asana
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and business units
