IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the IT Project Coordinator II will manage delivery tracking, financial forecasting, and project performance oversight for a multi-million dollar technology portfolio while collaborating with Finance Business Partners and Technology Leads.

Key responsibilities

• Own stream-level delivery tracking and provide transparency through Earned Delivery Indicator (EDI) oversight
• Audit developer progress and validate milestone updates in project tracking tools like Jira and Azure DevOps
• Input and reconcile monthly financial forecasts in Apptio, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, MIS, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience as a project coordinator, PMO analyst, or financial coordinator in an enterprise technology or corporate finance setting
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Clarity, or similar project tracking tools
• Strong financial and math literacy, including budget management and Excel proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems and learn IBM Apptio Planning and TBM logic
