IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting a small portfolio of cybersecurity risk assessment projects, the remote contract IT Project Coordinator will manage project strategy, planning, scheduling, and coordination activities while utilizing tools like Azure DevOps and Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, milestones, and documentation for timely project execution and delivery
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and prepare updates for leadership and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to provide actionable insights for program performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in project management, coordination, or business analysis
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, and Power BI
• Experience in technical writing and documentation management
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, information security, or related environments preferred
