IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the planning and execution of automotive diagnostic solutions, the full-time IT Project Coordinator will manage project coordination, requirements gathering, and launch readiness for proof-of-concept deployments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project coordination for proof-of-concept deployments across multiple regions
• Coordinate launch readiness activities across various teams to ensure all deliverables are completed before customer deployment
• Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders, facilitating meetings to align product expectations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in project coordination and launch readiness
• 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and engine diagnostic knowledge
• Strong facilitation skills for meetings and requirement reviews
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and action trackers
