IT Project Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onshore IT Project Lead to support key Application Development, Cloud Transformation, and Data Engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of application development, data pipeline modernization, and cloud migration projects
• Collaborate with offshore delivery managers and technical teams to ensure efficient project delivery
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets while ensuring quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in IT project or program delivery, with at least 3 years managing onshore-offshore teams
• Proven experience in leading application development, data engineering, and cloud transformation projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and migration approaches
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
