IT Project Lead

Job Summary

Supporting a large-scale global initiative, the remote contract IT Project Lead II will coordinate project activities, manage reporting, and track deliverables across multiple regions and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across multiple global teams and stakeholders
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items across multiple workstreams
• Prepare agendas, presentation materials, and leadership-ready reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in project management or related field, or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with reporting and presentation tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
