IT Project Lead - SuccessFactors

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Lead specializing in SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT support for HR and Payroll Systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Provide strategic direction for system enhancements and collaborate with functional teams and external IT consultants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, specifically with HRIS and SAP/EC Payroll
• Expertise in gathering and documenting functional requirements for HR and Payroll Systems
• Functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of BSI Tax Factory configuration and related testing efforts
