Job Summary
To support an enterprise healthcare client, the remote IT Project Management Senior Advisor will translate HR business needs into AI-enabled use cases, design end-to-end processes, and manage delivery planning while ensuring solution viability and continuous improvement in a complex environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate Human Resources business needs into AI-enabled use cases and define AI-specific requirements
- Manage delivery planning, cross-team coordination, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Drive continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions and oversee release activities and architecture governance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with AI-enabled solutions and HR systems, including Workday
- Strong expertise in delivery management and Agile delivery methodologies
- Proficiency in defect management and backlog refinement
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies effectively
