IT Project Management Specialist

Job Summary

Managing multiple large and complex projects, the full-time IT Project Management Specialist will provide project coordination and oversight, ensuring adherence to project plans, stakeholder communication, and delivery of project outcomes within defined constraints, primarily in a remote capacity for candidates residing in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, including documentation, stakeholder communication, and adherence to ITS procedures
• Conduct site visits and develop design/construction documents, ensuring all project requirements are defined and tracked
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, prioritizing resource utilization and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of project coordination experience in an IT or healthcare environment
• Experience in reviewing and assessing construction, infrastructure, and cabling systems on large projects
• Proficient in capturing requirements, creating project plans, and driving projects to key dates
• PMP - Project Management Professional Certification preferred
