IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support IT Operations Services for a federal-civilian customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities, scope, and milestones across IT operations initiatives
• Track and report status, risks, issues, and KPIs using project tracking tools
• Prepare and deliver program artifacts and ensure all deliverables meet quality assurance checks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional experience managing IT projects in federal or enterprise environments
• Experience with project planning and execution in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall settings
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for backlog management and scheduling
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
