IT Project Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Project Manager - Software Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software development projects from initiation through delivery, managing schedules, budgets, and resources
- Monitor project performance using PMO tools and collaborate with QA to validate deliverables
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Waterfall methods while promoting team collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education
- 3-5 years of project management experience, with 1-2 years in software development projects
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall environments
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management best practices
- PMI certifications are highly desired; Agile, ITIL, or AWS certifications are a plus
