Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager and Technical Lead for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage routine IT operations, including helpdesk support and staff onboarding/offboarding
• Oversee technical project management initiatives to enhance IT systems and user experience
• Implement security measures, monitor threats, and provide cybersecurity training to staff

Required Qualifications

• Adaptable and fast learner, comfortable with problem-solving in unstructured environments
• Organized with strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently while seeking assistance when needed
• Comfort with evolving job functions related to IT and security
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in IT management, product/project management, or software development
