IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager (IT Operations/Offshore Vendor Management) to lead a high-performing team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Scrum Master and process expert, overseeing cross-functional teams in a scaled Agile environment
• Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
• Manage project charters, budgets, and facilitate day-to-day work coordination and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, including project planning, execution, and delivery
• 2+ years of Scrum Master experience with a focus on Agile principles and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
• Proven experience managing offshore resources with effective communication and accountability
• Experience in guiding newly formed teams towards positive morale and strong performance
• Able to work remotely with high-speed internet access, located in the United States or Puerto Rico
