Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects
• Lead and guide the work of technical staff while serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met

Required Qualifications

• BS degree with 5-7 years of experience
• Experience in organizing and updating technical documentation, SOPs, and operational workflows
• Ability to conduct structured meetings and workshops for knowledge transfer
• Experience in creating user guides and interactive learning modules
• Familiarity with Knowledge Management Tools such as ServiceNow or SharePoint
