Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead complex software development initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent projects, developing and maintaining project plans and schedules
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder relationships
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and report on Agile metrics to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related field
7+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years managing software development projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
