IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager to support Operations & Maintenance and new development efforts for a federal government client.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from customers and create associated documentation
• Lead projects through agile development methodologies, including planning, monitoring, and risk management
• Mentor junior team members and ensure project policies and security compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree with eight (8) or more years of relevant project management experience in an Enterprise software development environment
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Ability to work in a demanding and deadline-driven environment
• Experience leading and mentoring teams
• Ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical, executive-level government officials
