Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager III responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects that support ongoing managed services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to managed services onboarding, infrastructure upgrades, and service enhancements
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project phases, communicating status, risks, and issues
• Oversee smooth transition from project implementation to steady-state managed services while ensuring compliance with ITIL frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT or managed services
• Strong understanding of ITIL and managed services frameworks
• Ability to manage project budgets and scope changes effectively
• Experience in client and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with risk and issue management strategies
