IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager to support federal IT projects and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Department of Transportation's Office of the Chief Technology Officer in optimizing technology use
• Ensure alignment of IT investments with strategic goals and guide project teams
• Create and maintain modernization plans for IT systems, including analyses of existing systems

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in project planning and execution
• 1-3 years of experience managing federal IT projects, including web or cloud-based applications
• Bachelor's degree and PMP certification
• Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master)
• Experience with agile methodologies and managing matrixed teams
