IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives in a hands-on PMO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage up to 6-8 projects simultaneously across various enterprise systems
• Build and maintain project plans, including RAID logs, and drive projects through defined stages
• Lead teams proactively, surface risks, and ensure accountability for outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of hands-on project management experience in IT or enterprise systems environments
• Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in complex, matrixed organizations
• Proven ability to operate independently and take ownership of outcomes
• Highly organized and proactive with strong facilitation skills
