IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects from initiation through delivery, managing schedules, budgets, and resources
• Monitor project performance using PMO tools and collaborate with QA to validate deliverables
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Waterfall methods while promoting team collaboration and communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute
• 3-5 years of project management experience, with 1-2 years in software development projects
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall environments
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management best practices
• PMI certifications are highly desired; Agile, ITIL, or AWS certifications are a plus
