IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT transition and transformation projects for Managed Services, including defining project scope, work plans, and deliverables
• Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards and policies
• Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders, addressing issues and risks as they arise

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant IT Project Management experience, preferably with ITSM experience
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
• Experience with Smartsheet or MS Project and understanding of ITIL principles
• Undergraduate degree and relevant experience
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in business matters
