Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT M&A Project Manager to lead technology integration efforts for newly acquired accounting firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration projects for newly acquired firms, aligning IT systems and processes with firm standards
• Coordinate system migrations and facilitate change management activities to ensure user adoption
• Track project progress, report risks, and document integration processes for future improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Project Management, IT, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
