IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GSA IT Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of a large, complex BPA Call supporting internal HR systems and enterprise HR modernization initiatives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program management and ensure compliance with contract terms and milestones
• Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across GSA offices and customer agencies

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• BA/BS degree in a related discipline with 10+ years of experience, or no degree with 14+ years of experience, or MA/MS/MBA with 8+ years, or PhD with 7+ years of experience
• Proven success managing large federal IT projects, preferably involving HR systems
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and BPA structures
• PMP, FACP/PM, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications are highly desirable
