Job Summary

IT Project Manager, responsible for leading complex software implementation and technology transformation initiatives in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects, managing all phases of the project lifecycle
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and risks

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing IT projects, particularly in software implementation
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), or similar
