IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading critical infrastructure initiatives, the full-time IT Project Manager will manage medium to large-scale projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors, while working primarily onsite at the Downers Grove, IL headquarters with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects that onboard customers to Sentinel's annuity products/services, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget
• Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects, ideally within infrastructure environments
• Hands-on experience implementing projects using project management methodologies
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders
• Strong sense of ownership and experience with process development
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional delivery teams
