IT Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Managed Service Provider, the full-time remote IT Project Manager will lead and manage IT projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget while serving as the primary liaison for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Lead and oversee project engineers, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Act as the primary liaison for clients regarding project-related communications and updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously
• PMP certification preferred or other relevant project management credentials
• Strong understanding of IT principles and proficiency with project management tools
