IT Project Manager

Job Summary

To enhance customer experience, the full-time remote IT Project Manager will oversee the project lifecycle, coordinating and managing IT projects from initiation to completion while ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external resources to monitor progress, track deliverables, and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage scope and change management, ensuring clear documentation and approval by relevant stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an IT-focused environment
• Understanding of IT terminology and PSA ticketing systems
• Knowledge of IT service delivery principles, including incident and change management
• CERTIFICATION: CAPM or PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification preferred
• Proficiency with business collaboration tools and project management software
