IT Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead and coordinate technology integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, the full-time remote IT Project Manager will manage the end-to-end IT integration lifecycle, support due diligence, and develop integration plans while ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT integration lifecycle for M&A transactions, from due diligence through post-close integration
• Collaborate with corporate development and IT leadership to assess technology landscapes, risks, and opportunities of target companies
• Develop detailed IT integration plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with business goals and deal strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred)
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on M&A integrations
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional IT projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity
• Familiarity with data migration, system consolidation, and IT compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
