IT Project Manager

Job Summary

To support project oversight and delivery, the full-time IT Project Manager will manage project roadmaps, schedules, and facilitate team activities while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure successful project delivery by managing initiation, planning, execution, and closure phases
• Drive measurable outcomes by overseeing schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and communications
• Lead change management and communication activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of IT or project management experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Experience in creating and executing project plans and managing risks/issues
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
• Ability to mentor team members in adopting an Agile mindset
