IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager in a full-time capacity, this role will lead and deliver cross-functional projects across Business Systems, IT, and Security, ensuring alignment with business objectives while managing stakeholder expectations and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and program management for initiatives across Business Systems, IT, and Security
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project progress, KPIs, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management
• Proven experience managing technical projects involving IT systems and security initiatives
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• PMP, Certified Scrum / Agile, or equivalent certification preferred
