Job Summary

To support a dynamic IT organization, the full-time IT Project Manager will oversee project delivery, manage schedules and resources, and facilitate team collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure successful project delivery by managing initiation, planning, execution, and closure phases
• Drive measurable outcomes by overseeing schedules, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships
• Lead change management and communication activities while mentoring team members in Agile practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of IT or project management experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Experience in creating and executing project plans while maintaining compliance with project management processes
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
• Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
