IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote IT Project Manager, the successful candidate will lead the daily delivery of development and sustainment work, serve as Scrum Master, and manage stakeholder communication while ensuring project execution aligns with contract performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project delivery, managing scope, schedule, and execution
• Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning and reviews, while maintaining team velocity
• Produce documentation and manage stakeholder communication, translating technical details for non-technical audiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, particularly with software development teams
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead
• Strong technical leadership skills and ability to engage in architecture discussions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal Public Trust/background investigation
